Let me give you a little about myself, I run a real estate property managamement and development company. Though a road is a little different than a building its still construction and deadlines and coordination are important. This company is HORRIBLE!!! They some how won the bid to do a road construction project for the City of Tiffin. I live right in the middle of the road where the construction was going on, mind you this was supposed to be an 8 week project.
