You can never contact them. They take your money but never give you a receipt or even a certificate of boiler inspection. And their phone numbers doesn't work. Don't know if they are still in operation.
I contacted Viessmann to confirm my boiler registration and secure the warranty, but their process has been frustratingly unclear. Despite multiple attempts, I can't get through on the phone, and their email responses take far too long. To make matters worse, the link they provide for checking the warranty leads to a nonexistent webpage. Since I haven't received the promised 12-year warranty from Eazy Heat, who installed the boiler, I’m unsure whether they even registered it. Customer service is non existent. Tried to call multiple times. But nobody is ever available and the phone just cuts out.
Trying to book a service is just an awful experience. Use an online form, it doesn't get booked, but I'll get a call back - it's 2024, but OK... They call, I miss it & get a voicemail to call back, I call back, I get told I'll get another call back, no call back. I call again, the wait time is very long and I eventually have to give up. We purchased a Viessman boiler in 2021 under the expectation they are a decent brand. Unfortunately 2 out of 3 annual services have resulted in the same part braking when the front cover was removed. Leaving us with no hot water or heating for a week each time, as the part doesn't seem to be stocked as standard in any of the main plumbing supply merchants.
