Very rude in the scheduling department. Very! Customer service is gone it seems. No way to communicate with anyone if an appointment needs to be canceled or changed after hrs. There needs to be a convenient way to do this either online or the capability of leaving a voicemail message.

I had to go to this Cancer Institute today for my infusion for ulcerative colitis, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the male receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. I was then taken to the back where it was very crowded, and I was told I would be moved to a yellow room. As soon as I sat down, I overheard nurses openly complaining—talking negatively about other rooms “pushing patients off on them” and saying they weren’t even busy. My daughter went to drop off her daughter’s fecal specimens this afternoon, around 4:45p. The man who came to get it from her in the reception area acted like he didn’t want to be there, and to top things off he walked with the specimens down the hallway making gagging noises. Not very professional at all! Unfortunately, she was unable to get his name-she was appalled by his actions. She did say, however, that the person in the registration area was very sweet.

Want to sing praises to Dr Carey Andreoui and her MA (I think), Ashley. I had a procedure and they were so caring and sweet plus they really know their craft! Wonderful all the way around!
