This is a smaller complex but is well maintained and the unit I viewed was well designed and well maintained.
The service at the office is terrible, the MANAGER never treats us politely, never solves our problems, I've lived here for a while and whenever I have a problem Resolving the issue at the office is a real headache with this manager, who is very rude and impolite. The secretaries there are lovely, very polite, unlike the manager, Amanda, who has always served me well.
DO NOT COME HERE!! It is is infested with roaches no matter how much you’re clean. And now there is rats here yes you read that right there is RATS. I know I’m not the only one because my neighbor put our rat traps. This is one of the most dangerous kind of things to expect. Especially if you have pets or kids rats can pee anywhere and someone can die. Worst place to live truly do not come here.
