I dropped off my boat for an axle repair. The entire time the communication was terrible. Literally begging for a return call. It would take weeks Just to get ahold of them. Once I decided I wanted to pull my boat from their shop because I didn't trust them anymore, it still took me close to a month Just to coordinate it. They were never there when they were supposed to. The only answer I ever got from them was that the new owners worked different jobs and they couldn't keep up.
So sad to hear the business is closing. I know how hard Doug and Kim Eads worked to open and sustain the business. It was very successful when they were involved. It's a significant loss to the community.
I dropped off my jet ski over 3 months ago and have never gotten a call I've tried to call with no answer and I've even driven up there to try and talk to someone on a day that they were supposed to be open and no one was there
Great customer service. Quick and reasonably price boat maintenance.
