Vienna Manor is a well run professional and very client friendly assisted residential living home. For the first time in several years I had peace of mind that my Mom was being taken good care of and happy in her surroundings. The staff became like family to my Mom and our family providing home prepared meals, daily activities and a beautiful residence for Mom. I will always be grateful to Vienna Manor for the care and happiness provided to her.
Vienna manor is the most wonderful assisted living place. The staff is not only professional but the most loving and caring caretakers. The homes are beautifully appointed and well maintained. My mother is so happy here!
I had checked out several assisted living facilities when I first visited Vienna Manor’s Oakton group home and knew immediately it was where I wanted my 90 year old mother to live. The house is beautiful, the rooms are beautiful and the staff are genuinely nice/caring. Anytime I visited my mother there she was immaculately dressed and happy. I had the privilege of working at Vienna Manor for years, and it was a rewarding experience. I enjoyed taking care of the residents and being part of their dedicated health care team. Vienna Manor has well-structured routines that create a safe and supportive environment, especially for their specialty in dementia care. Our mother recently passed away from dementia. She spend the last several years residing at Vienna Manor V. She was one of the 1st residents to move in. The best decision my family made was moving her there. It's a very cozy home with only 8 residents. The staff is wonderful, loving and very caring of all of the residents.
