I dropped off a watch and asked for an estimate for repair and was told it would take a few days. A week later I called and they still didn't have an estimate. I called again after a few days and finally got the estimate and agreed to have the work done. I was told it would take a week to ten days. While discussing an offer for buying gold/silver, I asked the technician what the rate they used for gold buy back. Simple question. Out of the main office with a rude and hostile shout i hear" it depends"! Well, ok, just want to know the price you use for this offer. I then received "you want to argue"?! Again, no, just wanted to know. He then points his finger and yells "get the F*&% out of my store"!!! Please friends beware, these folks are not genuine or have your best interest in mind.
