Have went here for years and payment has never been a problem. I have waited over two weeks for my glasses because they are not in any insurance network. I offered to pay for these before I left the office and they said that it was not a problem to not take payment because insurance always paid. Now still no glasses. I will be going elsewhere. Insurance was approved but because they are waiting on check they will not give them to me. ugg
