Most everyone if friendly and caring ! We have always felt safe. We have a city that is pretty and attractive to those folks who are looking for a home to purchase
This is a decent city. I live in a quiet neighborhood, neighbors are friendly, and it is peaceful. I am not afraid to walk to the post office, or the city bldg., or the fire station, or to the park, etc. I don't see dogs running loose since I moved her ein May 2017.

Vienna, WV is a wonderful place to settle down in and live the rest of your life. It’s a quiet, safe community with good police protection. The best decision I’ve ever made.
I love that Vienna takes pride in how they look. The guys are always making the flower bed look good. Houses are beautiful. No trash on the streets (that I can tell). Even in the rain. Keep up the great work!!
