Receptonist can never answer the phone. The receptonist can never get in contact with the doctor. Always sending my medicines to the wrong pharmacy 100 miles away. After 5 days knowing i cannot have lapse in use. Find anyone else.
If there was an option for 0 zero stars I’d choose that! I Have at such a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with Dr. Beverly . Only had one visit the visit she charged me $100 for no show when I was waiting on jitzu it showed no appointments scheduled I requested a refund and all I get is I can’t make an exception we as patients come here to seek mental health help and it seems as they are using patients mental health issues to charge then there outrageous fees for no show when they never did no show !! dr. ox I was good and Brianna is gr... read more
Vienna behavioral health was the worst experience among any other doctor's offices so far anywhere we were in the US for the below reasons. 1. They are unavailable by phone at any time. It is close to impossible to schedule an appointment or discuss billing. 2. The app they force us to use for emails is basically unusable. 3. They overcharged us several times, compared to the insurance bills. 4. The visit lasts barely 15-20 minutes and is essentially a medication refill, the charge is as high as a doctor's appointment. 5. Dr. Ansari is amazing.. I've been seeing him for many years and he is wonderful and genuinely cares. Cyndy responds to me so fast every time I contact her and she is always super kind and always goes above and beyond.. All these 1 star reviews have to be fake, because I've seen 10+ therapists and psychiatrists and their staff in the last 30 years and they don't even come close to Dr. Ansari and his staff. Thank you guys so much.
