Absolutely horrible experience with them! Do not trust this "agency"! They conned me into switching insurance with the promise of cut rate prices with Allstate and I guess you get what you pay for, cut rate service. Did absolutely nothing for me in resolving my issue with Allstate, simply shrugged their shoulders and said "oh well." They were nothing but a middleperson passing along info from Allstate and even then, they didn't even reach out to me when Allstate suddenly canceled my policy.
