I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. Not quite sure if the man I was speaking to thought it was funny, but continuously addressed me as sir. Gave me a date for minor repairs in March 2027…then told me “good luck” before hanging up the phone. When you’re dealing with a large expense regarding repairs on your vehicle, you’d hope to put it in trusting hands. I’ve never written a review, but this interaction was beyond me. Go somewhere else, make sure your vehicle as well as yourself, are treated with respect.
Absolutely amazing customer service, staff is wonderful and very helpful as well as knowledgeable. Best auto body shop in town, I highly recommend them, they did a wonderful job on my vehicle and kept me updated along the way. Thank you again!
Absolutely the best customer service I’ve experienced in my entire life. 2 months after having our vehicle fixed he still contacts us to make sure everything is o.k. Guy goes way above and beyond what you would expect. If you’re needing any kind of work, I assure you, you will not be disappointed.
