The one elevator was impossible to use. There was a roommate still living in the apartment and he received us with a disgusting place: three trashcans full, crusty dust over everything, a mountain of lint next to the dryer, a dirty, disgusting kitchen, vents that had filters that haven’t been changed in years. . Where to begin. Paid rent for Aug. Handed the keys and moved in on Aug. 15. Filthy is a huge understatement. My kids room had pee on the seat. Cat hair everywhere, crusted on the floors and baseboards. Mold in the corner back to the shower. Shower dirty. Sink won't drain. Missing a lightbulb in the vanity. Furniture disgusting. Favorite place to live here in San Marcos. Staff is friendly and cares about you. Very close to campus and easy walk. Definitely recommend to students looking for housing at Texas state.

Staff is so helpful! Davis saw me struggling to carry up a package I received and he offered to help me take it up. And he was off the clock. True hero!! They hire great people, even when no one is looking!
