Completely hacked the otoplasty procedure. Issues were raised during the recovery process but I was turned away and told to wait it out even though I knew there was an issue at the time. Once bandages came off and they did the final review, they were all standing with blank faces. I was promised before and after photos. Never received the after photos, but it makes sense because they ruined my ears .They never responded to emails or complaints either after the surgery. I have had my laser hair removal done at 4 other reputable places on the coast and it has never worked for me. After just one treatment with Aprile I barely had any hair come back. I am so happy with the results and will definitely be back in to maintain results 10/10 service
From the first contact with Vie Institute I cannot fault them. The staff are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Mark McGovern is so skilled and such a professional, leaving me with no question unanswered. After massive weightloss I have had brachioplasty (arm lift) and abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) performed by Dr McGovern with exceptional end results. I can't recommend highly enough.
