Dr. Panguluri is kind and compassionate to my needs as a patient. She is both mine and my family’s PCP, and has been amazing in helping to get the specialty care that we need and is vigilant in preventative care so that long term problems do not occur. I am thankful for her expertise and our experiences with her.
She has been my PCP for 2 yrs (+/-) and it has been a constant battle. I suffer from a work injury and 2 failed back surgeries from outside care. She’s hears but doesn’t listen and says things she later refuses. She is very callus and disbelieving. Facts and visual presence of truth mean nothing. I suffer with no help and no relief. She is just one of 2 Kaiser PCPs that can’t see the patients facts, even with images, reports and physical mobility truly paining.
She is very kind, compassionate and caring. She provided excellent care.
