The service at this branch (and failure of Videotron to correct their mismanagement of the situation) made me leave Videotron, where I had been customer for over 15 years. But to be fair, the writing has been on the wall: they simply can no longer compete with competitor's products and pricing. To say nothing of their billing and online services.
