Very arrogant attitude. I had a promotion deal and they overcharged me. The girl was so ignorant and just wanted to send me out without understanding what I am talking about. I asked her if I can talk to another agent and she refused.
I was becoming deserate: Nobody in Vedoteon Montreal seemed to be able to help me unlock my phone and install an eSim. I walked for 2 hours and visited 3 Videotron centers. The only person who was helpful was William. With his professional attitude, he calmed me down, researched the subject and was able to help me. I just want Videotron to know that it has an exceptional employee. He is an asset to your organization.
