I got a new furnace and humidifier put in. The guys were friendly, prompt and efficient. Steve was available to answer all my questions. This is the 3rd time I have used Vido’s and I wasn’t disappointed. I highly recommend Vido’s Heating and Cooling for your HVAC needs!!

I cannot say enough about how great this company is. I was having issues with my 26 year old furnace and after trying what I could to solve the issue I decided it was time to call a professional. I called Vidos and spoke to Steve the owner at 5 PM on Tuesday evening. After explaining the issue he sent someone within 30 minutes which that alone shocked me. Tyler and Steve showed up and diagnosed the issue which lead to me deciding to replace the furnace and the AC. They were able to come today Friday, to do the new install. S... read more

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, a technician from Videos who serviced my furnace. I was so impressed how Jeff knew immediately how to solve my problem of my intake register being so LOUD that I couldn't even hear the TV. Jeff explained everything in an knowledgeable, professional manner and went to work and solved the issue. Thank you Jeff . You provided True Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence.
