Today I had the pleasure of meeting Jeff, a technician from Videos who serviced my furnace. I was so impressed how Jeff knew immediately how to solve my problem of my intake register being so LOUD that I couldn't even hear the TV. Jeff explained everything in an knowledgeable, professional manner and went to work and solved the issue. Thank you Jeff . You provided True Customer Satisfaction and Service Excellence. Great price, great service! Steve’s guys were in and out of here in six hours with a full furnace/AC condenser replacement. The guys were knowledgeable and respectful. Highly recommend Vidos heating and cooling. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Steve Was helpful with my situation. He picked up my call when I needed him! He was fast and his crew did a great job installing my 95% 100k BTU, 3.5 ton A/C unit. Nice young men worked all day and traveled 50 miles one way. Thank you!
