The system is great. However, hitachi customer service is not. They do not respond with any urgency. Emails go unanswered for days and sometimes weeks. Calls to customer service are not answered for days requiring you to repeatedly call to get help. The project managers, specifically Pam Fordyce are not responsive. Unless you get a good solid project manager and responsive team in your area, I would not recommend the Vidistar cardiac PACS.
