Maganificent Purity
The chocolate has a super clean finish, and is not overly creamy while melting in your mouth. Almost a dry sensation compared to other chocolates I've had. But this is a Good thing. I think other chocolates can over use lecithin quite a bit. I am impressed that Videri gets the chocolate to set up so nicely without any emulsifiers.
