I had purchased a Videotel VP72 4K Media Player to be used in the lobby of our office. Upon loading all of my files, the player would freeze and not advance to the next file. I contacted customer support and within fifteen minutes I had a response. There was much back and forth via email to resolve the issue. Raymond paid very much attention to detail and took time to clarify what I was seeing on my own screen. This company is amazing at customer service! They've answered many questions and supported me beyond the scope of what other companies would have. I ordered some items from them and they actually reached out to me to confirm that what I was purchasing was actually going to accomplish what I wanted to do, and from there they were able to recommend the correct products to buy and also assist in putting everything together.
