I've been scammed – I sent my family's old 8mm films to Sallieann Ehrhart at Video Now to be converted to a DVD back in Feb. 2011. She never returned any of my phone calls after I sent the films and tried to get an update. Finally I got in touch with her and after more of a runaround - she finally gave me a price and said the DVD was done and that I had to mail her 1/2 the amount and then she would mail the DVD to me in NJ.
