I have never seen a company treat its employees and customers with more disrespect than the people at Video Tech Tronics. If you want to have a 6-12 month no interest payment plan(because they wont invoice you for that long) then this is the place for you. Don't think customer service is their highest priority though. They are on to high of a pedestal for customer service.
