This is the most unprofessional and unfair company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased an “HD” camera that was defective from day one—nothing HD about it. They admitted it was faulty but took five months to send a replacement, and even a refund on the returned product dragged on for months. Worse, their sensors are complete garbage. I bought 2 in last year, and every month one of them fails. I constantly have to waste time rebooting, reinstalling, or calling their techs—often in the middle of patient appointments. Mobile X handheld is great! Lightweight, easy to use, great design.
I have been using MobileX xray system for more than 5 years its really amazing , also they have a wonderfull costumer service.
Chris came in virtually and seamlessly updated our equipment. He was very helpful and patient. We really appreciate the courteous and professional staff at Video Dental Concepts.
Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in getting us up and running with our QuickRay Sensors and iCam intraoral - A few minor tweaks here and there and were were ready to go!! Thanks to Chris for his time and educational in-service
