Chris came in virtually and seamlessly updated our equipment. He was very helpful and patient. We really appreciate the courteous and professional staff at Video Dental Concepts.

I had a problem with the sensor (I thought), which was not diagnosed in the first place, but when I got on the phone with Chad, he knew right away it was not a sensor problem, it was a software glitch, that just needed a quick fix and turned out the sensor was fine. I was lucky to get him to help because he knows his business so well! Thank you, Chad for the easy fix and saving me a lot of time :))
Great scanner with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company and its products. The customer service is very responsive and helpful.
We have been using QuickRay sensors for over 11 years, and they continue to work reliably.
