This company was a nightmare to work with! Firstly, we purchased a new handheld xray unit and upon checkout the unit was to be shipped in 3-5 business days and a confirmation email would be sent out. Two weeks later and no email or xray unit. We had our State radiology inspection already scheduled and chose this company based on product availability and quick shipping. This is the most unprofessional and unfair company I’ve ever dealt with. I purchased an “HD” camera that was defective from day one—nothing HD about it. They admitted it was faulty but took five months to send a replacement, and even a refund on the returned product dragged on for months. Worse, their sensors are complete garbage. I bought 2 in last year, and every month one of them fails. I constantly have to waste time rebooting, reinstalling, or calling their techs—often in the middle of patient appointments.
