I had a wonderful massage and facial Wednesday, The spa is charming and inviting, you relax as soon as you step inside. My therapists were amazing; Videll herself and Erin/Eva for the facial. I can't wait for my next visit. Thank you!!!
I have gone to other spas in the area and have visited this spa on several occasions with my Mother some instances and others on my own and give it a good rating. Videll is very professional and does a good job...she is very serious about her business and respect goes two ways....she is very well rounded and if you talk to her you will know what experience she has had in the beauty business....ask her. I felt compelled to write a second review because of the negative ones. I have to say that Videll runs a business, not a Ladies Auxiliary Club. If you are on time, if you provide ample notice of any cancellation, and treat the staff with courtesy, then you get first class service. I can't speak about the other therapists, but Videll puts more effort into her massages than anyone I have ever known. Videll runs a truly professional business. You get great service, and for a reasonable price. I have never once been kept waiting for a massage, and Videll gives you a solid hour of hard work. I was given a gift cert to this spa and brought along a couple friends for a spa day. We were treated to a fantastic massage & facial along with sharing some friendly stories with the owner. We all plan on returning!!
Videll is AMAZING! I have been going to her for almost a year now for waxing services and she has always done a phenominal job. She is very professional and at every step she goes above and beyond to make certain that you are comfortable. She has a great staff and the atmosphere is very positive. The value of the services is far more than what you pay and I will always be a client and refer others.
Ive been feeling very sick lately with all kinds of body aches and back pain. I went in for a massage and Videll recommended this treatment called isocloeanse which I had heard of but didnt know much about. Basically, what it does is cleanse your body of toxins through your feet! The water turns different colors according to what part of your body is being detoxified. My sister had visited this spa and recommended it to me, I was finally able to clear out some time for my busy schedule and it was so great! I was able to relax and completely disconnect!! Unlike like any spa that I have been to the massage was great and the products that they used were top of the line. Im hoping to make this a relaxing ritual of mine!!
