I have many years of experience with Ed Voigt and VAS. I am shocked at the complaint because it bears no resemblance to all my years of experience that I have had. I was amused at a call I got from a gentleman in Montana. He had an idea for a new product and when he did a search, he saw my patent that Ed had prepared. He congratulated me. His attorney said my patent was "air tight".
I have worked with Ed at VAS for many years on both patents and trademarks. He is thorough in preparing applications, and provides quick responses to my questions. He has also given a presentation to our company regarding IP.
