Overall great facility however, I had an appointment at 10:15am and this facility has a 15 minute grace period. I am aware because I called before I came in and told them I would be late. The office assist assured me that as long as I was present by 10:30am regardless I would still be seen. I arrived inside the facility building at 10:29am but they had a client being discharged at the time of my entry.
