I have had nothing but a good experience here. Dr. Pafos and Amber are the reason, after almost 18 years of suffering, I got an endometriosis diagnosis. He is also the reason my husband and I are currently expecting our first baby after trying for almost 6 years. They listened to my concerns, let me cry and express my frustration, and got to work finding solutions. I always feel cared for and heard when I go there. He is one of the only doctors to ever listen to me and take me seriously. I am so grateful for them.
Waste my gas every time I go down there . Was told today that I wasn’t receiving an ultrasound because it was to early in my pregnancy but just last week the doctor told me he could see something by today . Then I’m high risk , had multiple miscarriages in the past , told him that my past doctors did a lot of blood work to keep up with my hcg levels doctor said it wasn’t necessary. On top of that I’ve been having spotting every time I come there I get a new doctor with the same attitude will not be going back !
Amber is great! She went above and beyond today in helping me get some paperwork I needed. The staff is amazing! They are always professional and kind!
I’ve been debating on finding another facility that would cater to me as a woman. One that would listen to my concerns, questions, & previous experiences. I found that at ECU Health. Felicia made me feel so welcome! I was nervous walking back & she quickly reassured me I made the right decision & I was in great hands. Ms. Christi was so knowledgeable about everything. I would like to express my appreciation for the ultrasound tech, Ana, who is excellent and very friendly. I am thankful for her ability to obtain the best images of my baby. She made us feel very comfortable and the entire staff is nice, but she provided outstanding service.
