Dr Lobos is an excellent Urologist. He has also performed a surgery or two on myself. Wish I lived closer as I would definitely continue my patient and Dr relationship with him. His staff is excellent as well.
Very professional & able to explain things so regular people can understand things.
I paid 519.00 they lasted a month and would not replace them i will never come back
The doctor himself is not the problem. The young caucasian blond receptionist and middle age african American nurse were extremely rude. I am in the process of passing a kidney stone that is lodged in my ureter so I'm in excruciating pain. Because of my insurance I need a prior authorization but tried to get a sooner appointment(sooner than 4months away) and both the receptionist was rude and the nurse was so rude showing no compassion or empathy that she stood smacking her gum while rudely telling me I can get in to see the... read more
