They dont know how to communicate with patients. My mom has tried for 4 months to schedule a follow up appointment for my dad and they have gave her the run around. Now that she got him an appointment we have waited for a hour to be seen. Just to find out "we" waited too long and my dad may have stones stuck to his catheter. I would never recommend this place, go somewhere else
