We switched starting with my daughter’s 2 month appointment and are very happy. Staff are all pleasant to deal with, very informative and you can tell through their interactions with the children they love their jobs. The office was clean. We saw Dr. Miller who we already loved from her being the pediatrician when my daughter was born. Her nurse sorry I can’t remember her name was one of the best we have had experience with. worst pediatic office ever! dont return calls, never can see a sick child, and overall rude and dont care about your child.
I love Dr. Resta, Denise, and Sherry!!! and of course Krystal at the desk. There are however some issues getting returned calls at times and I haven't felt particularly in favor of any of the other Dr's/nurses. So I give them a 3 but Resta, Denise, and Sherry get a 5+
No one ever answers the phone and when you leave a message you will not get a call back for hours. I have called on several occasions because my son was sick and eventually end up at urgent care or the ER because they take so long to respond. I would not recommend at all!!!!
All I ask is that they try to fit my child in for a physical so that his preschool enrollment will not be interrupted and they refused. My child has been going to Vidant since birth. I am extremely disappointed. After 2 weeks of this mess, I will find a place who actually gives a care. Vidant Pediatrics sure does not.
