Showed up for my appointment 15 min prior. Had been told 30 min before but if it is “REQUIRED” that I be in their office 30 min prior then isn’t that actually my appointment time. Anyway, I’m told when I get there that my granddaughter, who is with me EVERYDAY cannot go back with me so since I’m, according to them, late (even though I’m 15 min ahead of my appt time) and have a child I’ll have to reschedule.
