The staff is kind, professional, and very helpful. My doctor listens, and is very helpful with my issues, and willing to help get the results I'm trying to achieve in my medical care.

Trying to follow up with cardiologist after being in ER and I'm first told I'll be called back, I call again two days later and am rudely told that they're seeing patients and to wait for a call back. I'm a patient too, yet they don't treat you like one when you call.
I have been very frustrated with this office. Seen in May 2020, referred to PT. Their office wouldnt send the records in a timely manner so I had to come back to see the provider bc it had been months since I had seen him, again saw provider and his office wouldnt send the records in a timely manner so again I made another appointment. This to me is a complete lack of patient care. Instead of sending my records immediately when they received the request from Vocational Rehabilitation they are completely incompetent and only ... read more
