My husband and I chose Matt Parker as our PCP and we just changed our health insurance because the old one wasn’t renewing their contract with ECU Health. That’s how much we love this office. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, from check-in to check-out. Matt is an excellent PA, listening to our concerns, asking questions, and helping to resolve health issues. His nurse, Courtney is always friendly and listens to our concerns as well.
