Staff is amazing. Super friendly and genuinely concerned for the patient. Ms Nixon, the receptionist was friendly and explained everything in easy to understand, kind language. The dentist had to apply dry ice to find the bad tooth and when the pain hit, he apologized, massaged my cheeks with both hands. It was perhaps the kindest act I've personally experienced from any doctor. I was able to get a same day appointment and the doctor was able to extract 2 teeth in under 5 minutes with no pain. Amazing staff!! Made me very comfortable with my emergency visit. Tooth couldn't be saved but they made sure I was comfortable for the extraction. Dr Patel and Amber are my new heroes.
