Just called for some information and the lady I spoke to (Sarah) spent 20 mins giving me a list of resources and people to call and telling me what options will be best for me to explore.
Company is straight TRASHHH!!!! They're not helpful, ignore calls, and discharge patients SEEING that they need help! They complain about not having patients but don't care for the ones they get. If I could give no stars I would.

I have only one review to give, but Vidant CAP Service provider is a great. Together we have been working for months to resolve the mess that her previous CAP Service Provider made. We are still working on it, but they have shown a willingness to take on and fix someone else's mess. I just wanted to say thanks and let people know that the difference between a bad company and a great company is that along the way as issues arise the great companies will not abandon you and will work to make things right, even if it costs them... read more
