The wait time was minimal. Dr. Kim and his nurse were very thorough in providing details of the bariatric program. Overall was satisfied with the consult and care.
My 19-year-old daughter was left in the waiting room the entire night with a broken ankle. Crying in pain. Her cell phone died and no one in the building would charge her phone so she could communicate with her mom and i. I am currently driving to Greenville at 8:00 in the morning because she is upset and alone with no phone. Lot of work to do at this facility avoid if possible

Very professional staff. Although wait times are terrible. I have been there 4 times now and it has taken no less 30 min and up to 1 hour from scheduled appointment before I have seen the Dr. I understand some run over time is t be expected. But when I walk in and only one person in the waiting room and it was 40 min. until I was taken to exam room. Then another 20 min. for PA to show up just this last visit.
