The staff is always courteous during my visits and I feel like they listen to my actual concerns and questions during my appointments. My wait times have never very long and the waiting area is usually fairly calm. During my actual appointment I feel like each member of staff is only concerned with me and not with any number of other things that may be going on simultaneously. Dr little is a literally joke! The way you speak to elders and lie on paperwork is just outrageous! You should be fired!
This place is a joke!! I have no respect for this place..... I have sat in the lobby for over an hour waiting to be seen past my appointment time..... Lori's response was " they push us to double and triple book appointments." Well, that's pure greed on their behalf! I will never step foot in that facility again!!! There are other doctors who would appreciate my business!!
