Unprofessional staff. Told my loved one he "will never be Mr Beast" because he does YouTube and streams and to stop doing it. That's not relevant to health care? Medicine not given at the same time. Cold rooms. Cold showers. Never send your loved one here.

Trying to get through on the phone to speak with your loved one is a disaster, they either hang up on you, transfer you to the wrong person or “someone else is on the phone” or “there is only one phone for all these patients and the phone is out of service” there are some good ones there don’t get me wrong, but the other ones I wish they would put there self in others shoes who wants to speak with there loved ones. - coming from a person who hasn’t been able to speak with there loved one in 2 months due to these excuses

If I could pick a 0 rating for this horrible excuse for a mental health provider, I would. The psychologist is sadistic and mean. He does more harm than good. And you can forget about having your medicine on a regular basis. They could care less whether you have it or not and are in no hurry to give you refills.
