Got completely robbed by this place.. the urine and feces smell was out past the street. It wasn't an animal im assuming. It smelled like someone had left their loved one alone in a carpet filled room in that trailer for months. They said they'd give me money back. Then they didn't. I cannot believe this place isnt condemned. The city inspectors should be fired. Worst run property management company it has ever been my misfortune to sign a lease with. They gave written notice of a change in lease terms requiring automatic payment withdrawal by sticking a paper under the windshield wiper of my vehicle on the 11/25 telling me I had until the 12/1 to sign the paperwork at the office but no one was in the office the 3 times I came up to sign it.
