Very unprofessional practice. Had an appointment which I showed up ten min early for only to find the door was locked and no lights were on. The receptionist desk looked like someone was sitting there with the light on and a jacket on the chair but after knocking on the door for ten min and calling the phone number multiple times, no one answered.
