I scheduled an appointment 7 weeks back with Amanda Howington for an initial consultation for anxiety and counseling, i received paperwork inbthe mail with my medical history etc and was told to bring the paperwork with me to my appointment. I submitted an appointment confirmation online 3 days prior to scheduled visit i received a call canceling my appointment the day before my actual appointment due to not having confirmation and my paperwork submitted.
