We love Dr BP but the appointment was at 1:00 and they send reminders to be 30 minutes early so that would be 12:30. The doors are locked and they let someone out of the office and tell me they are closed. I tell the girl the reminders all say come 30 minutes early. Her response was well come back at 1:00 she shuts and locks the door. If you’re gonna be closed and not allow patients in then you should not require them to come to the visit early knowing you will be closed.
These reviews are terrible and I'm not seeing any comments from staff/managers/doctors attempting to communicate/resolve. It sounds like (from an aggregate of Multiple other reviewers), that the office manager and staff have horrible customer service/poor attitude/'tough luck'/'customer is always wrong' demeanor, and it's so bad that even when people LOVE Dr. Poku, they HATE the staff/billing/untimely callbacks/no updates/slow updates/poor customer service/etc. so much that they'd rather change doctors altogether. Dr Poku is amazing. I'm actually laying in the hospital bed recovering from surgery with her right now. I've never felt so comforted by a Dr before. She is honest and straightforward. The pain I was in before, she has completely changed my life Thank you Dr BP! You are my angel!
I love Dr. Butler-Poku. She gets 5*. This review is not on her but the office staff. Twice this year I made an appointment for my yearly. When arriving to the office I was told the doctor was not in. No phone call, not update, just me wasting my time and money. This last time made me the most angry. We have since moved to Show Low…a THREE hour drive away. I love this lady, I have major anxiety and she was taking it slow with me to not overwhelm me. She also helps a lot and talks about anything that's troubling you. She really does care.
