I went to this salon one day to ask if they could repair my hair color disaster (it was black/blue and needed to be bleached and dyed back to medium brown original color). After three hours, I ended up looking like a dreamsicle orange, and there's a quarter-sized spot of BLACK that remains on the lower back part of my skull (I have quite short hair in the back).
