As with most hotel spas the prices are steep. My massage with Zoe was amazing however- if she isn’t an RMT she should be one. My facial was also very good and the aesthetician did not force any products which was nice. I rarely visit the spas of the hotels I stay at because I find the services mediocre compared to the prices. I would come back and try this spa again for sure next time I am at the Fairmont.

As the previous reviewer mentioned... non hotel spa users are treated as pheasants now. You know, the ones that fill the books when no one comes during off season. Saying spa users can't use the pools due to oils is a joke. I'd say 95%+ of their clientele are hotel guests soaked in massage oils, and I doubt anyone of them are challenged by this.
I've been visiting this property for almost 18 years as a local. Whilst I'd give the front desk staff and therapists 5 stars, the facility has become very outdated and bland. It's in dire need of a renovation. I was very disappointed to find out (directly after my massage) that Vida guests, not staying at the hotel, are no longer welcome on the pool deck after their massages. Highly recommend Megan for prenatal massage. I am in my third trimester, and by far the best hour massage I've had throughout this pregnancy. She took care of all the aches in just one hour. Will definitely be booking again.
