Absolutely reckless and inexcusable. Tonight (5/29/26) at 9:30 PM, one of this company’s medical transport vehicles was driving on the expressway with NO lights on. This is not a small oversight, it is a serious safety violation that could have easily resulted in a fatal accident. I cannot thank this ambulance service enough for the kindness, professionalism, and compassion they showed while helping my elderly parents. From the moment they arrived, the crew was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly, treated my parents with dignity and respect, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel much more manageable.

They are super helpful! Worked with my family during a difficult time, Marco Flores was very patient and accommodating. The team that did the transport were very diligent and kept me updated every step of the way! Great company, I would definitely work with them again. They really care about their customers!

OMG 1st time being transported, I gotta tell you , I had the best experience with Abdaly Zuniga and Driver Luis Aidrete. They're a Great asset to Tu Vida company. Being professional, Considerate, and getting me to my destination safely through aggressive traffic says it all. I'm definitely going to tell my family and friends.
