I take my cousin for a visit and there is 2 ladies sitting at the front desk. One of them turns around as I check my cousin in, and starts laughing. I’m confused. She then says “we made a bet on whether youd show up or not” A bet? I’m sorry, but I’ve never experienced a more unprofessional statement. The BEST family doctor in Orlando. He listens to your problems attentively, and work with you to resolve them. If you arrive late to your appointment, he still sees you. Overall friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable doctor, who cares for your well-being.
Dr. Lugo is a wonderful and caring physician who will listen to you and won’t make you feel rushed. His staff, specifically Hernina is super hard-working and very attentive!
I thought I was going to see Dr. Lugo but they put me with Jacqueline Nunez, this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with any doctor. She is very unexperienced and seems like she wants to milk your insurance company. Went there for a referral requested by the hospital and she would not provide that. Avoid her at all costs, total waste of time. Find a better place to seek medical attention
