Victor and Destiny were so great to work with! They were extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with! They were also able to negotiate us closing costs/HOA fees up to a year. We also were able to get instant equity in our new home which was amazing! They also had a lot of connections for inspections, house cleaning, loan officers, etc. would definitely recommend :)
