Vida Health and Wellness is like no other medical office. Danna and Team make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. They are knowledgeable, understanding, and thorough. I also am slightly obsessed with the TruFlex! I have a really bad knee and the TruFlex allows me to work out my quads and glutes without loading my knee. It has added muscle in areas I can't get to at the gym because of knee pain which is incredible. It 100% works and after you do it once, you will want to come back for more!
