Dr Bryan has helped me improve my posture since December and throughout those months it’s helped me with my boxing and my overall daily life! I’m having less pain in my neck/ low back and I feel taller. With my boxing I’m way more comfortable and fluid and I don’t get any pain when I’m moving my hips around
I was in rough shape when I got to Vida Chiro. Brian and His Team did a full Assessment and put me on a schedule right away. Brian has a passion for people & His practice that was clear from the beginning. After even the first few weeks I noticed a considerable difference in my back. With in two months I was even able to play basketball 🏀 again !! Which I avoided for the last 5 yrs. Thank you Vida Chiro !!
