I came to Vida Chiropractic with a herniated disc (L5 S1) that caused years of lower & upper back pain, neck, hip, and knee discomfort. The staff at Vida Chiropractic are all Great! Everyone is friendly and the office is even dog friendly, so you don't have to leave your fur kid in your vehicle :) Dr. Mark has been correcting alignment in my back and neck and I definitely feel the difference. I still go once a month for maintenance.
