Beatriz Adriana Campos, LPC, has been my therapist and she has helped me tremendously with learning coping skills and dealing with my stressors. My personal life, relationships, and work life have all improved because of the healing that I have done in therapy. I highly recommend seeing Adriana.
I didn't feel comfortable with this counselor. I have had many different counselors throughout my life and Mrs. Compos didn't feel safe enough to really open up. All I feel she did really is listen to me in a very low point in my mental health. At that moment it did bring relief. Long term not so much.
